The policy change was instituted by Amanda Phillips, who is an administrator. The policy change is that everyone that uses any of our products or services must be paying a membership fee of $6.75 per month. Think of it like Costco® you have to be a member in order to buy any of their products or services. This is the same.

Typically we split everything in thirds; 1/3 for the company for rent and server space and that kind of thing, 1/3 for the leads for the submitters, and 1/3 to be split by the staff. Except when people buy the Signature Submitters in that case we give all $6.75 to the leads databases.
